relationships with customers, understanding their customer’s
business and matching Galileo solutions to their needs.
Customer account managers and new business development work in partnership with customers and prospects to develop and grow their businesses through effective use of Galileo solutions.
Customer account teams include technical and support professionals that ensure customers needs are met.
Customer Training & Support
A wide range of training and consultancy services is available
in many areas of travel and skills training. Our trainers
receive comprehensive training at Galileo and have a consistently
high level of knowledge of both solutions and procedures.
They provide complete solution training in fully air conditioned
and a equipped classrooms, regionally, across Ghana or by
arrangement for on-site training, alternatively specialised
or customised courses.
Galileo Ghaha recognises that the provision of professional service, support and training will enable customers to gain maximum benefit from the full range of Galileo solutions, resulting in increased productivity. The Galileo courses are conducted by Galileo Trained Professionals.
